About The Team

The Business Development (BD) team, with the Air Dominance and Strike Division, identifies, shapes, captures, and grows new opportunities and capabilities for the company. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise and act as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. They partner extensively with the broader division teamincluding engineering and program managementto ensure Anduril products exceed client expectations and drive continuous product improvements in response to client needs.

About The Job

The Advanced Effects Business Line is looking for a highinitiative, collaborative individual to join the team as the Naval Forces Advanced Effects lead for the Air Dominance and Strike Division. This person will own and shape the launch of advanced effects primarily with the US Navy, USMC, and international partners.

What Youll Do

  • Generate and capture Naval Forces Advanced Effects opportunities and grow revenue for Andurils Advanced Effects business line.
  • Develop capture strategies, craft cohesive business plans, and drive acquisition plans aligned with investment strategies.
  • Drive product development and program transitiontranslate client problem sets into engineering solutions and guide milestones.
  • Grow existing business by leveraging current client relationships and exploring new areas of work.
  • Communicate Andurils value to clients, partners, competitors, and the public.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Defense Capture related to Missile or Weapons Systems.
  • Prior experience working with US Navy program offices and customers.
  • Experience with missile systems across the Naval Aviation domain.
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of US Department of Defense and international customers.
  • Experience with government business development, contract structures, and proposal processes.
  • Comfortable setting and achieving goals in a complex environment.
  • Prior experience working with technical partners/engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working in limitedresource environments.
  • Ability to travel 50%75% required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Eligible to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the defense industry, especially in missiles or weapons capability.
  • STEM background.
  • Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.

US Salary Range

$191,000$253,000 USD
