Ensure we are tracking performance, defining clear expectations for all initiatives, offering constructive feedback and driving continuous optimizations.* Manage digital marketing budgets, forecast spend, track and input all invoices and ensure budgets are adhered to and consolidated each month.* Analyze campaign performance and ensure ongoing optimization of digital channels to drive YoY growth.* Own the digital marketing calendar that aligns with the overall marketing initiatives & supports business objectives.* Partner with cross functional partners to align digital strategies with key products & priorities.* A key focus of this role is the strategic integration of AI-powered tools to optimize marketing performance, improve targeting, automate workflows, and enhance customer engagement.* Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.* Work independently and in collaboration with the broader Marketing team and business leads to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and evolving priorities.* Traffic and approve all ads before they go live, ensure campaign deadlines are met and provide ongoing recaps for all campaigns and initiatives to key stakeholders.* Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including retail media networks, emerging platforms, automation tools, and consumer behaviors.* Be aware of the interplay and relationship between owned and paid channels.* Flexible for other duties as needed to help support the overall business.
