Our client, a global leader in asset management, provides innovative investment products and solutions to help a wide range of clients achieve their financial goals. They are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team.

Position: Digital Marketing Analyst
Duration: 3 months (Contract)
Location: 100% remote, with some onsite opportunities near Milwaukee, WI
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to support the Digital Content and Platforms team in revolutionizing their digital marketing efforts. Your role will be crucial in optimizing content management, enhancing technical compliance, and accelerating speed-to-market while maintaining consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Management Systems: Manage and optimize content updates within CMS and DAM platforms, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Governance: Establish and implement content governance workflows aligned with existing policies to ensure high-quality and relevant content.
SEO Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to uncover SEO opportunities, and work within the CMS to enhance content for search engines. Clearly communicate strategies and actionable next steps based on findings.
Accessibility Compliance: Perform audits to ensure content adheres to accessibility standards (WCAG). Present findings and propose action plans for compliance improvements.
Industry Knowledge: Stay current with trends and best practices in digital marketing, CMS platforms, SEO, and accessibility, applying this knowledge to continuously refine marketing capabilities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technology departments, to ensure digital marketing aligns with broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in CMS, content marketing, governance, SEO, and accessibility.
Strong CMS optimization skills, ideally within the financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and guidelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and task management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with tools like Optimizely/Episerver CMS, SiteImprove, SEMrush, JIRA, and Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related fields.
