Digital Pano & Digital X-rays
Intraoral Scanner
Rotary Endodontics
Implant Surgery System
CBCT available off-site — onsite purchase considered for candidates skilled in surgical implants and endo.
Zero Medicaid or HMO: Exclusively PPO and Fee-for-Service (FFS).
Hours:
Mon, Tues: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wed, Thurs: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Compensation:
32% of Collections
32% Lab Fee Responsibility (Approx. 30% of Production )
Negotiable Daily Guarantee for 90 days based on local benchmarks and historical production
Signing Bonus Negotiable — higher for a two-year commitment; one-year contracts still eligible

Hold a DDS/DMD degree and be licensed (or eligible) in Oklahoma
