COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Dentist (DDS / DMD)- Up to $290,000 guaranteed annual salary
- $10,000 Signing bonus

- FQHC - Qualified site for federal school loan assistance program - up to $75,000 assistance with every 2 years of service.

- 4 x 10 Hrs. Shift-schedule
- A non-profit organization with a primary focus on patient care and serving the local community
- Pediatric Dentistry focused role
- A “provider lead organization” with full support from administration team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatric Dentist (DDS / DMD)- Board certified / eligible pediatric dentist
- Seeking candidates with a team mentality and passion for working with pediatric patient pop.
COMMUNITY Pediatric Dentist (DDS / DMD)- Charming mid-sized Wisconsin community with 100,000 population
- Located in between 2 major metros - Milwaukee and Chicago
- Options of living in Chicago or Milwaukee areas and be able to commute to work
