Imperial health is seeking a dental claims processor

On Site In Pasadena

• Reviewing and validating dental insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
• Entering claim information into the computer system for processing
• Checking the eligibility and coverage details of the patient
• Confirming that the dental procedures performed are covered by the insurance policy
• Communicating with dental offices to obtain missing information or clarify discrepancies
• Resolving claim discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
• Working with the dental insurance company to determine the amount of payment or denial of claim
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s procedures and regulations as well as federal and state laws relating to insurance claims
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Keeping records of all processed claims and preparing reports as neede
