- A day in the role…*
- The Processing Specialist position requires strong attention detail, a high level of quality and demonstrated priority and time management skills.
- The agent will be reviewing PDF documents, editing the document, and uploading completed documents into VMS.
- Updating payment info into internal systems. Pulling images from issuing authority websites.
- Making payments

Data Entry | Data Processing | Research | Traffic Control | Internet | Google Systems | Microsoft Office | Microsoft Excel | Spreadsheets | Time Management Skills | Multi-Tasking

- Core Experience:*
- Microsoft Excel Experience (MUST HAVE)
- Needs to be able to know how to use the SUM function at the bare min.
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- High attention to detail
- High School Diploma
- Strong computer skills with experience using internet search tools (e.g. Google, Google Maps) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Ability to abide by strict company data protection policies
- Capability to meet deadlines and prioritize work load
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
