JOB SUMMARY:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, recording, and maintaining customer information in various databases and software systems. This role ensures that all records are correct, complete, and meet company standards for accuracy and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate computer systems and software to record, store, and analyze customer data.
• Enter and confirm new customer information for accuracy and completeness.
• Review documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
• Perform data entry into multiple databases to set up and maintain customer records.
• Verify and update existing data as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer information.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with customer databases or CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
