Pathways To Community (PTC) is seeking a Crisis Services Manager for our crisis respite programs. If you have management experience in the human services field and a strong desire to lead and serve with compassion and enthusiasm, we want to talk with you

  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 DOQ.
  • Hours/Days: typically Monday through Friday business hours but you must be flexible to meet the needs of the program which operates 24/7.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide coordination, evaluation, and support for 2-3 crisis respite programs. The incumbent must work proactively daily to ensure the residential programs they oversee operate at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure.
  • Directly supervises the operations of their locations; develops relationships, leads and trains staff, and ensures services are delivered to the high standards required by PTC and government laws. 
  • Manage, train, serve, and support site supervisors and direct care professionals.
  • Assist with client direct care as needed.
  • Maintain and perform qualify assurance checks as required per 245D.
  • Conduct clear and thorough communication. 
To be considered for this position, you must:
  • Have a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Meet the qualifications of a Designated Coordinator (DC) per 245D regulations.
  • Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Hold an acceptable driving record.
  • Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights.
  • Ability to cover shifts and be available by phone 24/7.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Human Services field.  
  • Four-year degree in a field related to human services, such as education, psychology, sociology, etc.
