Job Title: Financial Service Representative

Location: Aurora, CO

Job Summary: As a Financial Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members and potential members, assisting them with new deposit accounts, education regarding the credit union products and services, as well as managing their relationship with the credit union. You will handle a variety of service requests, including transactions, account openings, and assisting with loan applications, all while providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Assistance: Respond to members' requests, completing transactions, opening new accounts, and processing loan applications.
  • Cross-Selling & Relationship Building: Identify and pursue opportunities to educate members on credit union products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. Meet or exceed sales and service targets that contribute to departmental and organizational success.
  • Confidentiality & Data Management: Ensure the strict confidentiality of all member information, complying with organizational policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member account information.
  • Knowledge & Compliance: Stay informed on credit union products, services, promotions, internal policies, industry laws, and regulations to provide accurate and current information to members.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining member confidentiality.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting goals and solving problems.
