Come join us and make a difference! Position: Corporate Underwriting Trainer Are you passionate about empowering professionals and shaping the future of underwriting excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Underwriting Trainer to lead impactful training initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness across underwriting roles. Responsibilities: Lead Engaging Training Programs: Design, deliver, and evaluate underwriting training that meets key business objectives. Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to identify training needs, create strategic training plans, and deliver sessions aligned with underwriting performance goals. Collaborate for Success: Work with underwriting leadership to assess training needs, ensuring relevance and results. Enhance Learning Experiences: Collaborate with instructional designers to develop innovative training solutions. Expand Training Opportunities: Identify and deploy targeted training for FCCI’s Regional Underwriting and Operations staff. Location and Travel: This position can be based in Sarasota, FL; Richardson, TX; Lawrenceville, GA; or Ridgeland, MS. Some overnight travel may be required.
