Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of communication plans, managing media relations, creating content for various channels, and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with the company's mission, values, and goals.

Key Responsibilities: •Develop and implement communication strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive corporate communications plan that supports business objectives and enhances brand reputation. •Media relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to ensure positive coverage and effective media management. •Internal communications: Develop content and initiatives to engage employees, enhance internal culture, and ensure transparent communication throughout the organization. •Content creation: Craft compelling press releases, speeches, blogs, and other content for internal and external audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging. •Crisis communication management: Lead communication efforts during crises or critical events, ensuring clear, timely, and effective messaging. •Brand consistency: Ensure that all external communications reflect the company's values and brand identity, maintaining consistency in tone and messaging across all platforms. •Event support: Provide communication support for corporate events, including drafting messaging, speeches, and presentations. •Measurement and reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts, using data to refine strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. •5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field. •Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. •Strong media relations experience and a proven track record of securing positive media coverage. •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines. •Experience in crisis communications and managing complex situations. •Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools. •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in a related field. •3+ years' experience in Corporate Communications role, preferably in the building products space. •Knowledge of global communication strategies and experience working in a multicultural environment.
