Due to growth, we are seeking a
Marketing Copywriter .
Performance Objectives The Copywriter will fulfill content needs across media platforms; print and email advertising, websites, social posts and video scripts. As a regular part of the role, the candidate will support sales teammates as priority clientele, participate in group brainstorming, proofreading and editing content, and pitch in on projects outside of normal assignments when needed. This person should conduct these responsibilities with a willing attitude and as a team player.
- Writing sales content for a range of platforms
- Interpreting sales needs into effective advertising messaging
- Engaging with sales teammates as clientele
- Brainstorming creative campaigns and fresh ideas with marketing team
- Managing own projects and deadlines
- Learning brand voice and application
- Proofreading and editing own work
- Submitting work for edit and feedback
- Keeping up with current communication trends and cultural changes
- Contributing content to projects outside of normal assignments as needed
Skills & Experience - Experienced advertising content writer
- Experience working in a company marketing or advertising agency environment
- Creative content production
- Familiar with AP style
- Organized and responsible
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to lead projects
- Quick learner of productivity platforms
- Mortgage Industry knowledge
- Spanish language fluency a plus

The expected salary range for this position is between:
$58,100.00 - $71,100.00
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
