GNB Contracting is on the lookout for a dynamic Construction Project Manager who specializes in building envelopes, waterproofing, and concrete projects. This key position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving team and to climb the career ladder within GNB Contracting.

Responsibilities :

• Directly report to the Senior Project Manager, handling both management and estimation of projects.
• Conduct detailed estimates for a variety of contracting projects.
• Oversee the estimating process from start to finish, including calculating labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Implement cost control measures and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Organize and supervise site visits and project progression.
• Manage contractor and subcontractor coordination throughout different project phases.
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders including clients and suppliers.
• Provide leadership and support to the project team, aiming for continuous improvement and identification of future opportunities.

Requirements :

• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in projects involving building envelopes, waterproofing, and concrete.
• Academic background in construction, architecture, or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decisiveness.
• Well-versed in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Valid G-class driver’s license.
• Excellent work ethic, motivation, and team collaboration skills.
• Must own a smartphone and have internet access.
