Power Labor is seeking Construction General Laborers for ongoing, full-time projects in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. We are hiring local, dependable workers who take pride in their work, show up ready to perform, and value safety above all else. Job Responsibilities Duties include assisting skilled trades on active construction sites. Typical tasks: Site preparation and cleanup Material handling and staging Supporting tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) Power tool operation and light equipment use Demolition and debris removal Erecting and disassembling temporary structures Basic measuring, cutting, and assembly Trenching, loading, and other general labor tasks Maintaining a clean and safe work area Requirements Fluent in English — required for site safety and communication Must pass a drug test and background check before starting Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required Must be local to Fort Wayne, IN Must own a basic set of hand tools and power tools Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Must be safety-conscious and work well as part of a team Must be willing to complete an online safety course before starting What We Offer $18–$22/hour, based on experience and qualifications Weekly pay Full-time hours with occasional overtime Medical benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays A supportive, safety-focused work environment Apply today to begin the onboarding process!
