\nSalary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $82-87k a year based on experience.

\nWhat’s a typical day as a Compliance Investigator? You’ll be:
\n• Conducting internal investigations of concerns of misconduct or potential violations of the Code of Conduct and/or company policies.
\n• Preparing detailed summary reports and making recommendations to senior management for corrective action, including disciplinary action.
\n• Performing investigations and analyses on areas identified as moderate risk in the annual risk assessment.
\n• Monitoring corrective action plans for the company and subsidiary operations.
\n• Providing guidance on conflicts of interest and interpretation of company policies.
\n• Reporting to the senior management team.
\n
\nThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Health Care Administration, or Human Resources.
\n• Have at least 3 years of work experience involving researching and investigating inquiries.
\n• Have experience in conducting internal investigations and interviewing individuals.
\n• Understand HR policies and procedures.
\n• Have knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
\n• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n• Have excellent listening skills and the ability to accurately document information reported.
\n• Demonstrate organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
\n• Have experience with PC applications such as Word, Excel, and databases.
\n
\nPreferred qualifications:
\n• Knowledge of corporate policies and organizational structure.
\n• Familiarity with the Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program and regulations.
\n• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.
\n• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation.
\n• Juris Doctorate, Paralegal, or other legal experience.
\n• Familiarity with external governmental agencies (i.e., EEOC, Department of Human Rights, etc.).
\n
