Position Title: Commercial Sales Arborist
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $80,000 Per Year
Incentives: Annual Bonus (on target earnings up to $96,000)

About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity for a Commercial Sales Arborist to join a newly launched SavATree branch in Orlando, FL. In this role, youll be at the forefront of building our commercial client base while gaining the experience needed to eventually grow into a General Manager role. Were seeking a sales-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and the ambition to take on a leadership role as the branch expands.

About You:

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally with some leadership exposure.
• Possess (or be willing to pursue) a Florida Pest Control License in Lawn and Ornamental.
• Have a passion for working outdoors and making a positive impact on the environment.
• Love solving customers problems and helping them preserve their tree, plant, and lawn care health through industry-leading solutions.
• Resilient and resourceful in the face of change in a fast-growth company.

In the Commercial Sales Arborist role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our field specialists who deliver work to new and existing customers while applying your expertise to ensure the health and well-being of each clients landscape.

• Your focus will be to develop, grow, and support your assigned sales territory.
• This role will involve spending time with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, as well as estimating jobs and providing estimates for the work to be completed.
• Your role is to be the trusted advisor for the property owner and to become an integral part of the health and safety of the environment you serve.
• Youll set up crews, validate the work is being performed, and ensure jobs are completed to clients' satisfaction, as well as obtain referrals, network, and develop new business.
• You will also participate in community and industry events, such as presentations to horticultural associations, garden clubs, trade shows, and community organizations, where you will interact with stakeholders to preserve, care for, and protect the properties that we serve together.
