This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with flexibility for some work from home. The Assistant Project Manager (APM) for Commercial Roofing will assist in overseeing project progress, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining alignment with client expectations. Daily tasks include coordinating with team members, managing accounts, supporting purchasing needs, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. The role involves consistent customer interaction and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effectively interacting with clients and team members
• Experience in Sales and Account Management to maintain and develop client relationships
• Ability to support Purchasing processes and manage material logistics
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in construction or project management
• Proficiency with relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in roofing or construction is an asset but not mandatory
• A proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
