Job Details

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in New York
• 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial real estate disputes
• Strong knowledge of zoning, land use, and municipal law
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
• Demonstrated client service and business development acumen
