Commercial Project Manager Commercial Project Manager

Position Overview
The Commercial Project Manager will oversee and coordinate commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing change, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and leading project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of commercial projects.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through effective risk management strategies.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold project standards and specifications.
• Oversee procurement processes to acquire necessary materials and services.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Utilize construction management practices to oversee project execution.
• Adopt agile methodologies to enhance project adaptability and responsiveness.
• Utilize Microsoft Project and Primavera for project planning and tracking.
• Conduct cost estimation to predict project expenses accurately.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of change management, budget management, and risk management principles.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.
• Familiarity with project management software, particularly Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Experience in procurement and vendor management processes.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance related to construction projects.
• Ability to conduct cost estimation and prepare detailed project reports.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application in project management.
