Job Title: Commercial Flooring Installer
Location: Statewide (Focus on Greater Indianapolis Region)

About the Role:
Jack Laurie Group is seeking a skilled to semi-skilled Commercial Flooring Installer to join our growing team. This full-time position works on a variety of projects across Indiana, with most work centered in the greater Indianapolis region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flooring installation and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Install a variety of commercial flooring materials with precision and quality
Work with a team to complete projects on schedule and to client specifications
Safely operate tools and equipment related to flooring installation
Travel to various job sites as required
Follow safety procedures and company standards on all projects
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of commercial flooring installation experience
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to job sites across Indiana
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position; hours may vary depending on job requirements
Pay: $22- $26
