The role you'll contribute:

Responsible for managing the functions of the practice(s) to ensure effective daily operations and quality patient care. This position oversees physician office employees engaged in daily practice operations. Additionally, this role prepares reports and correspondence related to daily operations. In addition, this position manages operations and activities across multiple sites and providers. Ensures efficient practice operations and high standards of patient care.

• Manages daily operations of multiple physician practices to ensure efficient functioning and quality patient care.
• Oversees patient service activities, ensuring high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Supervises billing processes, including insurance claims, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provides leadership and direction to office and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
