Trinity Natural Health, a national leader in holistic, energetic and foundational medicine, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic advocate to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As part of the team, you’ll be at the heart of patient interaction, ensuring each patient have an exceptional experience. This dynamic role is perfect for someone with a supportive, outgoing, and extroverted personality who thrives on connecting with and helping people. This position is ideal for a creative multitasker who excels at staying focused and achieving multiple objectives daily.

• Patient Experience Champion:
• Greet and guide patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Be the smiling face that welcomes them to the place they feel safe and free in.
• Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and ensure seamless clinic flow.
• Educate patients on our services, promoting programs and packages that align with their health goals and our clinic goals.
• Act as a patient liaison when needed, assisting their practitioner with their visit.
• Assisting in patient treatment, daily.
• Multitasking :
• Manage phone calls, patient intake, payment and scheduling follow-ups.
• Handle clinic communications, emails, and record-keeping with precision.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts, including social media posts and community outreach.
• Possibly social media interactions and some YouTube appearances.
• Holistic Health Advocate:
• Slowly making changes to improve your own health -lead by example.
• Support patients in understanding the benefits of holistic care, nutrition, supplementation, chiropractic care, and functional medicine.
• Stay informed about natural health trends to contribute to a thriving, educational environment.
• Collaborate with practitioners to enhance service offerings and patient care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Ability to Relocate:

• Frankfort, KY 40601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
