CDL-A OTR Trainee Truck Driver | Atlanta GA

Position Highlights:
Paid Training | Start at $650/week with mentor | Upgrade to $1,000-$1,400/week | First-Year $50,000+

Job Details:

Were hiring recent CDL school graduates into an OTR trainee program that pairs you with an experienced mentor, gets you real miles, and moves you into a solo seat earning $1,000 - $1,400 per week depending on the account you land on.

• Training Pay:
  • $650/week while running with a trainer (typically 46 weeks )
  • Length of training depends on your experience and skill progression
• Pay After Upgrade:
  • $1,000 - $1,400/week as a solo company driver (account-dependent)
  • First-year earnings of $50,000+ are realistic with full participation
• Home Time:
  • Standard OTR home time of every 2 to 3 weeks
  • Some lanes may offer weekly home time , depending on where you live and account needs
• Freight & Operation:
  • Mostly no-touch dry van freight
  • Mix of live load/unload, preloaded trailers, and drop & hook
• Equipment:
  • 2022-2025 tractors
  • Modern safety and comfort features (automatic transmissions, safety tech, etc.)

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an approved CDL school within the last 24 months

• Must meet DOT and company safety standards (MVR, background, and drug screen)
