About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a global leader with a strong technical background, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on operational excellence. The CFO will be responsible for leading the company's finance, HR, and IT functions, ensuring strong support for global operating teams, and managing financial reporting, internal controls, and a wide range of financial activities. This role requires a change agent and mentor who can lead a large global team, develop and execute financial strategies, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement through thought leadership and the company's core values. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a CFO, with a proven track record of financial, operational, and management expertise in a global setting. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being preferred, and a CPA or CMA is a plus. While aviation industry experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, strategic, innovative, and outcomes-driven, with excellent problem-solving, judgment, and planning skills. They must also be highly ethical, with a commitment to maintaining financial integrity, and have strong communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization. The role is based in Mason, Ohio, and may require up to 30% domestic and international travel.
