Job Description

The Bartley Corporation is looking for a CDL Driver to operate one or more of the following:  

• Roll Off Hook Truck
• Dump Truck
• Boom Crane Truck  
• Class A tractor/low boy trailer

Required Skills:  

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with 3 or more years of experience with a current DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• Available to occasionally work nights or weekends
• Operator must proactively follow the Safety policy of the company and construction site
• Excellent communication skills in English. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• Adhere to Bartley "Safety Always" program
• Receive daily goals, drawings, and budgets from Team Leader
• Bring tools, equipment, and material to site
• Manage time clock
• Communicate with Superintendent and Team Leader
• Perform minor equipment maintenance tasks, including but not limited to greasing and checking oil and fluids levels and conveyor system
• Keep dispatch informed as to the status of projects via cellular phone or tracking system
• Perform pre and post trip inspections
• Willing to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Lift, carry and maneuver materials/objects weighing 50-100 pounds
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of jobsite and tools
• Ability to operate excavation and demo machinery a plus

Additional Information:  

• On job training will be provided by Bartley Corporation
• Full time hours
