Greets all customers who present to Business Office – Patient Accounts. Posts all patient payments. Ensures all transactions are in accordance with established policies and procedures. Balances drawer and batches daily.

Minimum Qualifications:
• EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent. Advanced clerical training preferred. Basic math skills are essential.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years clerical experience preferred. Experience with customer service or sales experience preferred.
• LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: None
• EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Computers, calculator, copy/fax machine, credit card terminal, printers.
• SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Excellent communications skills
