Overview
All Things Homewise LLC is looking for an individual that has interest in developing their carpentry and
remodeling skills.
Interested candidates should have most of the qualities below and a desire/willingness to do most of the duties
listed below. In addition, a candidate with a passion for building trades (i.e. electrical, plumbing, painting,
drywall, building, finishing, trim work, etc) would enjoy this position.
We need help completing remodel projects and maintaining rental properties (handyman work).
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are the most key attributes we are looking for in these
positions.
This is a full-time summer position with the possibility of part-time work during the school year.
Compensation will depend on experience level.
**Duties**
Bathroom and Kitchen Remodels
Decks, Fences, Patios Construction
Troubleshooting Issues on job sites
Responding to Maintenance Requests
Handyman Work
Troubleshooting Maintenance Issues
Inspecting Rental Properties for
Maintenance Needs
Assist Foreman and More experienced Carpenters on Job Site. Work
Clean/Organize Shop
Clean/Organize Job Sites
Represent our Company Respectably and with Professionalism
Painting
Demo
Debris Removal
**Required Skills/Traits**:
Familiarity with use of tape measure,
hammer, impact driver, drill, nail guns,
saws, utility knife, etc.
Familiarity with building concepts.
Must be organized and punctual
Must have a desire to serve others
Must have phone and in-person
conversation skills
Must have a desire to grow and learn as
a person
