Beck's Car Wash is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Manager to oversee our operations in Peoria Heights! This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to step into a leadership role, make a real impact, and grow with a company that cares about its employees and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of car wash professionals to deliver exceptional service every day.
• Oversee the daily operations of the car wash, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure top-quality customer service and safety, making sure each customer leaves with a smile.
• Maintain equipment and perform regular troubleshooting and maintenance to keep everything running at peak performance.
• Drive growth by promoting sales and effectively managing costs.
• Work with computer systems and the POS register system to track performance and manage day-to-day tasks.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Problem-solving ability and quick thinking to troubleshoot equipment issues and keep everything running smoothly.
• A flexible schedule, the ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A proactive attitude with a hands-on approach to leading operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and be on your feet.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and being on your feet for up to 12 hours as needed.
