Night Shift Telephone Operator

Job Highlights: Schedule: It is a night shift 10:00pm 6:00am every other weekend and holiday

Job Summary: Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities:

• Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
• Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
• Tracks inquires, questions and answers and provides resolution.
• May perform clerical or administrative duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience

Experience: No experience required

Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
