IMMEDIATE opening available for a Call Center Customer Service Representative !
This position will be about 3-4 months and fully onsite in the Trumbull area. You would be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers who may have questions regarding their bills, attempting to make a payment or asking for a payment plan, or requesting service. You may also be scheduling and following up with technicians regarding service appointments. The hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5:30 pm, and our client would like to schedule interviews and start someone as soon as possible.
Must have good telephone etiquette, excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, be a quick learner and good data entry skills.
**PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A FAST PACED, HIGH VOLUME, CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT IS A MUST!
