Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Miami, FL

Duration: 6+ months

Compensation: $55.00 - 60.00/hr

Business Systems Analyst

INSPYR Solution's client in banking is looking for a business systems analyst to join their team. The team is currently gearing up for a new technology release that will go going live in October, so it's all hands on deck to make sure it's on time. This person will be the main touchpoint for this project, and be responsible for communication between technical teams and senior leadership. They will be responsible for the BRDs, managing and owning production support, managing incoming issues, regulating inflow, prioritizing tasks, and assisting with any upgrades. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in AML systems, particularly Actimize.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with BSA AML (Anti-money laundering)
• Actimize AML Solution
• Hands-on experience with
• Develop, manage, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Managing and owning production support
• track, and resolve incoming production issues
• Prioritize tasks, regulate inflow, and support release/upgrade cycles.
• Collaborate on ETL pipeline processes and data flow optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams
• This person will be communicating with both very technical teams and senior leadership, they should be able to communicate seamlessly and effectively.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AWS, ServiceNow
• Familiarity with CDD (Customer due diligence) and SAM (Suspicious activity monitoring)
• Looking for a problem solver and quick learner!
