About the BDR Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact (POC), helping build a pipeline of qualified leads for our employer partner’s sales team.

• Prospect & engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
• Manage and overcome objections from potential buyers.
• Track industry news to identify new outreach opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to organize leads and maintain accurate records.
• Perform A/B testing to improve outreach campaigns.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment .
• Willingness to work East Coast hours .

How Success is Measured

• Activity levels (calls, emails, outreach).
• Open/reply rates on emails.
• Meetings booked & qualified meetings held.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $65K + Commission: $25K (Total OTE: $90K).
