We are seeking a dynamic and motivated business analyst intern with a keen interest in artificial intelligence to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in utilizing AI technologies to drive business insights and improvements. This role is a full-time internship and is remote. The internship dates are June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026. This internship is a full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. Typical core business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm. Candidates must be available during core business hours for the entire 9-week duration of the program. Please note that all work must be performed within the United States. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
Responsible for working with the project leaders to support the gathering, analyzing, and recommending business requirements for projects, including process mappings. Works closely within the project team to review requirements with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are achieved. Elicits and documents business requirements and documents business processes. Learn to utilize project tools and techniques foundational to business analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes. Analyze large datasets using AI-driven methodologies to uncover trends and insights. Assist in identifying business problems and applying AI tools to develop innovative solutions. Monitor AI trends and technologies to ensure our business remains competitive and cutting-edge. Prepare reports and presentations that communicate findings from AI-driven data analysis.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, data science, or a related field. Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher. Basic understanding of AI tools and technologies, such as machine learning models and data analysis software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards. Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
