Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting their bridal or evening gown; effective in closing sales.
• Own the sales process for all assigned clients.
• Provide a luxury experience to clients during their private appointment.
• Timely and diligent in follow-up and customer service.
• Serve as an expert in the brand, industry-related terminology, and bridal timelines.
• Serve as the face and ambassador for a globally recognized and sought-after brand.
• Assist fellow team members in maintaining a clean and luxury sales environment
• Serve as point of contact and brand liaison for all purchased clients throughout the production and alterations of their garments.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bridal is REQUIRED
• Experience in luxury sales is Required >3years
• Experience in Sales Required >5 years
• Attention to detail and accountability needed
• The ability to be flexible, multi-task, and work effectively in a team environment is required.
• Personable and Charismatic
• Hard-working, Self Starter, and Reliable
