We are seeking a skilled brick layer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work, restoration and water proofing. This position requires expertise in various construction techniques, including brick laying, concrete forming.. The Mason will be responsible for executing high-quality work on residential and commercial projects while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and maintain structures made of brick, stone, concrete, and other materials.
• Lay tiles with precision and ensure proper alignment and spacing.
• Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Form concrete structures by setting up molds and pouring concrete as needed.
• Finish concrete surfaces to achieve desired textures and appearances.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively in all aspects of masonry work.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site to promote safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety regulations while performing duties on-site.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Mason or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in restoration and waterproofing, concrete forming, , and concrete finishing.
• Familiarity with operating various power tools commonly used in masonry work.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction activities is essential.
