Service Advisor Manager – Automotive Repair Shop

We’re looking for a Service Advisor Manager to oversee daily workflow, deliver top-notch customer service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day repair shop operations and staff performance
• Build strong customer relationships and handle service inquiries
• Monitor budgets, sales, and shop profitability
• Promote maintenance packages and warranties
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a Service Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
• MUST have independent shop experience, dealership only candidates will not be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of repair processes, parts, and shop software
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask
• Associates or bachelors degree preferred.
