SUMMARY

We are looking for a professional beer and wine manager to be responsible for managing all beverage operations inside of our state of the art supermarkets. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all beverage orders, staff and financial results. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are included but not limited to:

• Manage all beer and wine sales and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead B & W team by training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, schedules, policies, and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report to management regarding sales results and productivity

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

A minimum 2 years’ experience in related field

Certification a plus
