Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and presentation standards
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, engaging attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Monitor alcohol consumption and follow all responsible serving guidelines
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Handle cash, credit cards, and point-of-sale transactions accurately
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
Follow opening and closing procedures for the bar
Requirements
1+ year of experience as a bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Outgoing personality with a team-first mentality
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of local and craft beverages
