Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and energetic barista and cashier to join our team. In this dual role, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality food and coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, handling cas and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Barista Duties:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, other type beverages, and selected breakfast foods to customer specifications.
- Maintain knowledge of seasonal and specialty menu items.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other eqipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure product quality and consistency in every food and drink served.
- Stock and rotate coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and equipment.
Cashier Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and answer questions about the menu.
- Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments responsibly.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary.
- Monitor and manage customer flow during busy periods.
- Keep the front counter clean and organized.
