If you are tired of working for someone who isnt working for youJoin our team.The Financial Insurance Manager will interact with customers and build customer loyalty by assisting them with financing options and products for the continued care of their vehicle purchase./ppWage: $43,888/yr + eligible for bonus incentives/ppSuccessful candidates will:/pulliMeet and exceed all targeted sales goals and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating/liliEstablish and maintain good working relationships with lenders and insurance product sources/liliSell finance and insurance products to customers and process payment/liliProvide outstanding customer service that is memorable/liliTrain Sales Consultants on how to properly respond to FI questions/liliManage the sales dept. in the absence of the store manager/liliSubmit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals/liliAcquire and maintain proper licenses associated with the selling of all products and services as required by federal, state and local government agencies/liliPresenting a transparent menu to customers detailing their financing options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience/liliFollow all legal standards such as, Red Flags, OFAC and Safe-Guards rules/liliAchieve product penetration targets/liliUse proven menu training aids provided by our trainers to present the products to our clients/li/ulpCompensation and benefits:/pulliPay plus commission and an aggressive bonus structure/liliHealth insurance/liliDental insurance/liliVision, life, disability insurance/lili401(k) plan with company match/liliPaid vacation/liliEmployee Vehicle Purchase Program/liliProfessional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities/li/ulpProfessional experience:/pulliStrong track record of auto finance sales, product penetration and customer service/liliMaintain and grow strong relationships with all lending partners/liliThree years automotive or finance sales experience/liliKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures/liliProfessional personal appearance excellent communication skills/li/ulpSkills:/pulliExcellent interpersonal follow-through skills/liliBasic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency/liliExcellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills/liliMust possess the ability to close/liliProfessional appearance/liliMust possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through/liliInternet savvy/liliMathematically strong/li/ulpEducational background:/pulliHigh School Diploma required/liliCollege degree preferred or equivalent experience/li/ulpHertz is a drug-free workplace.
