Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Plant Manager position in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Plant Manager will be responsible for plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Plant Management and Operations Management skills
• Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industrial standards and regulations
• Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

The schedule is M-F 8-5
