Responsibilities What You'll Do: •Follow up with inbound leads & make outbound calls
•Qualify prospects & book appointments for agents
•Keep notes organized in our CRM
•Hit daily & weekly goals (calls, contacts, appointments)
•Build rapport, handle objections, and keep leads moving
Qualifications •Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment (real estate preferred but not required)
•Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence
•Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close for appointments
•Highly organized and detail-oriented-able to track follow-ups and update CRM consistently
•Driven by goals and metrics with a "no excuses" mindset
•Comfortable making 50-100+ outbound calls per day
•Fast learner, coachable, and open to feedback
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Tech-savvy-able to quickly adapt to CRM and dialer systems
