We are looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages.

Job Details:

• $22.75+ per hour base pay with OT at $34.12 per hour after 8 hours *
• Safety and work quality bonus can add an average of over $2.00 per hour
• 10-hour shifts are typical and with daily earnings averaging up to $270 per day with full bonuses
• Paid time off can average over 80 hours per year (based on hours worked)*
• Company vehicle provided for delivery. No CDL required
• Health insurance available, life insurance provided*
• Morning start time has you off work early (10-hour workdays).
• Must be 21 years old or older to qualify for this job.

Benefits and Scheduling:

• $22.75+ base hourly (paid biweekly), the average hourly rate is higher with OT and bonuses.
• OT paid after 8 hours with 10-hour scheduled shifts.
• Safety and work quality bonuses of approximately $2 per hour are available.
• 10-hour shifts are typical and with daily earnings averaging up to $270 per day with bonuses.
• A 4-day work week (40 hours) is typically 5 days and OT is available.
• Schedule days can be flexible.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the company vehicle, and follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job, work in all weather conditions, lift packages (up to 50 lbs), and get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use company-provided smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.

Requirements:

• Current driver’s license for at least 4 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A clean motor vehicle report.

Equipment Provided:

• Amazon-branded delivery vehicle.
• Handheld technology.
• Uniforms.
• Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment.
