Walmart Connect is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmarts in-store and online data, extensive reach, and provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.
Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Industry Manager to lead a team of sales professionals within Walmarts Home and Hardlines businesses which includes the Home, Home/Kitchen Appliances, Home Dcor, Home Improvement, Automotive, Sporting Goods and Office Supplies categories. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their clients and their team. They would have managed/scaled businesses in these verticals and have the capability to manage and motivate a high-performing team. Ideal candidates will have consistent management experience as well as extensive experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as search, display, video, social, CTV, and integrated sponsorship. Additionally, the candidate will have experience working within a matrix organization as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people. Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, a collaborative and innovative spirit and be extremely comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam\'s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor\'s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Selling or executing paid search and/or retail media solutions., Solving complex problems, with a mindset toward scalability.
