Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations while also contributing to marketing efforts (10% of the time). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Administrative Support (90%)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide calendar support for the team.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Handle data entry, document management, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
  • Support event planning, office supply management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Marketing Support (10%)
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content aligned with company branding.
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Update company website or marketing collateral as needed.
  • Support team in researching industry trends and competitor marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with social media management tools or basic marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
  • Experience in a professional services or staffing-related environment.
  • Familiarity with content creation and marketing best practices.
  • Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
