JOB SUMMARY:

Inventory posting and inventory control. Perform duties necessary for the smooth operation of the accounting department.

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:

• Inventory control for the accounting department, which includes posting receipts and inventory adjustments on in-house computer system.
• Maintain stock book – stock requests, etc.
• Maintain commission book for sales.
• Maintain filing for accounting department
• Archive all files at end of fiscal year.
• General office work.
• Adjust and download both stock orders and emergency orders.
• Work with front office each month on factory receivable debits and credits.
• Keep ledger on all price variances to match up to accounting.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school education

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in computer input, basic secretarial skills.
