La responsabilidad principal del “Accounting Clerk” es brindar apoyo en tareas administrativas y clericales de la parte financiera de la compañía a la Directora de Operaciaones y Presidenta. Un detalle de las tareas principales asignadas son:

• Mantener registros de Contabilidad y bases de datos de contabilidad en el sistema Quickbooks.
• Procesar facturas de suplidores.
• Crear reportes de contabilidad en Excel y reconciliarlos con Quickbooks.
• Organizar y Archivar documentos.
• Reconciliar y ajustar inventario en el sistema.
• Reconciliaciones Bancarias.
• Tareas de contabilidad en general.

Algunos requisitos mínimos son:
• Bachillerato en contabilidad.
• Conocimiento de Quickbooks y Excel.
