We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys working closely with clients, serving as a trusted advisor, and demonstrating the value of our product. The ideal candidate is data-oriented and brings a strategic mindset focused on identifying opportunities and driving client growth and long-term success.

  • Hybrid work model – three days from the office, two from home.
  • Our office is located in NYC (Midtown Manhattan).

What You’ll Do:

  • Own strong long-term relationships with global accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and delivering growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by deeply understanding their business objectives and aligning Browsi’s solutions to meet those goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and be able to create a strategic plan for each client based on recent performance to maximize client ROI and contribute to revenue expansion.
  • Manage multiple accounts with precision, ensuring timely communication, clear reporting, and swift issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (TAM, PA, Operations, R&D, and Sales) to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead F2F client meetings, including presentations, etc.
  • Lead external syncs and Monthly/QBR meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role as an Account Management or Customer Success Manager - Must
  • Experience in the Ad Tech industry - Must
  • Fluent English at a native level, both written and spoken - Must
  • Experience in a SaaS company - a big advantage
  • Programmatic knowledge- preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Proven ability to work with data and derive insights to support client decision-making
  • A proactive, can work independently, problem-solving mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
