** 2nd Shift SDS Sanitation Team Member**
**Location:** Sheetz Distribution Services - Burlington , NC
**Level:** 2
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:**
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas within Sheetz Bros. Kitchen.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)**
- Common Areas Clean and sanitize common areas.
- Bakery Cleaning Clean and sanitize bakery areas.
- COP Tank Clean processing aids and tools using the COP tank.
- RTE Production Lines Clean and sanitize assembly and filling lines.
- Fryer Filtering Filter fryer.
- Fryer Boilout Boil out the fryer.
- Production areas Clean all production areas and structures (walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, etc.)
**REQUIREMENTS:** *(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)*
